Meeting at the airport with a welcome treat. En route — first impressions of the country and its atmosphere. Hotel check-in and rest. In the evening — a festive gala dinner with national cuisine, music, and dances.
Sightseeing tour of Yerevan: the monument to David of Sasun, Victory Park with the “Mother Armenia” monument, the Cascade architectural complex, the Opera House, a walk along Northern Avenue, and Republic Square. After lunch — trip to the Garni Gorge. Visit to the only surviving pagan temple in the region, the ruins of an ancient palace and Roman baths. Walk to the natural wonder — the “Symphony of Stones.” Excursion to Geghard Monastery — a unique rock-cut monastic complex. Return to Yerevan.
Visit to a wine and brandy factory with a guided tour and an introduction to Armenian winemaking traditions. Transfer to Lake Sevan — one of the highest alpine lakes in the world. Ascent to Sevanavank Monastery with panoramic views, walk, and boat ride. After lunch — trip to Dilijan, the “Armenian Switzerland.” Walk along the old street, знакомства with the city’s architecture, and visit to the Mimino monument. Return to Yerevan.
Excursion to the ruins of Zvartnots Temple — a symbol of harmony between architecture and nature. Transfer to Echmiadzin — the spiritual center of Armenia. Visit to St. Hripsime Church and the Echmiadzin Cathedral — the first Christian cathedral in the world. Introduction to the history of Christianity in Armenia. Lunch and a master class on baking traditional Armenian bread. Return to Yerevan. In the evening — farewell dinner with a show program.
Breakfast. Free time for walks and shopping. Transfer to the airport. End of the program.
